What this covers
This page explains what happens to the details you send through the enquiry forms on this website, and who sees them.
If you would rather not fill anything in, ring 07501 844432 or 0141 886 6944 instead. Nothing is lost by doing it that way.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, your phone number, and optionally your email, your postcode, a description of the job and photographs of it.
Nothing else is asked for and nothing is bought in from anywhere else.
What it is used for
Answering your enquiry and quoting for the work. That is the whole of it.
Your details are not sold, not passed to anybody else and not added to a marketing list.
Photographs you send us
Photographs sent with an enquiry are used to understand the job. They are not published anywhere without asking you first.
Every photograph on this site is of work already carried out, and where a photograph showed a number plate, a house number or a street sign it was cropped or blurred before it went up.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for as long as is sensible afterwards in case you come back to us about the same job.
Ask us to delete your details and we will.
