What we did
Grey dash holds dirt and it holds it unevenly, so after enough winters the north facing walls are a different colour from the south facing ones.
This end terrace went back to a speckled black and white dry dash with the window surrounds and the base band picked out dark. A speckled mix is more forgiving than a flat white over a long elevation, because it does not show every run of rain off a gutter.
