Painted brick and old roughcast taken to white and black dash

What we did

Two finishes on one house: painted red brick on the lower half and old roughcast above it. That is a common thing on this kind of semi and it never looks deliberate.

We brought the whole elevation into one white and black dry dash, carport included, and picked the sills out in black. The brick had to be keyed and coated before anything else, because dash on bare painted brick has nothing to grip.
